Fredericka Ceasar was born and raised in El Campo, Texas, and brings a strong combination of professional experience, compassion, and personal understanding to her role. She earned her Master of Social Work from Walden University in 2024 and has spent the past six years working in behavioral health, following 12 years of experience in the medical field.
Fredericka’s passion for helping others is deeply personal. In 2016, her father suffered a cerebrovascular accident, or stroke, that changed her family’s life. That experience gave her firsthand insight into the importance of compassionate care, dependable support, and trusted guidance during a major life transition. It continues to inspire her commitment to helping residents and families feel heard, supported, and confident throughout their care journey.
Outside of work, Fredericka enjoys spending quality time with her family and children.
