Le’Andra Dawson

Leandra was born and raised in Houston, Texas. Coming from a long line of healthcare professionals in her family, Le’Andra has succeeded in healthcare for over 10 years. As a child, Le’Andra’s mother; who at the time was a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and later became a Certified Medication Aide (CMA), would take her to work with her. That experience at such a young age would later influence Le’Andra to work at a nursing facility as a hospitality aide. From there, Le’Andra went on to work as a housekeeper, and an activities assistant, and later on she enrolled herself back in school to receive her certification as a nursing assistant. Not long after Le’Andra was offered a position as Activities Director, and from there, her passion for working in
healthcare has been growing ever since.
