Meet Our Administrator – Takeysha Jones, LNFA, LVN, WCC
Richmond Health Care Center is proud to welcome Takeysha Jones as our new Administrator. A licensed nursing facility administrator and licensed vocational nurse, Takeysha brings over 15 years of diverse and compassionate leadership in long-term care, wound management, and staff development.
Takeysha began her journey in healthcare as a medical social worker and has steadily advanced through the ranks, serving as a staff nurse, wound care specialist, Director of Staff Development, and most recently as an Administrator-in-Training and Care Plan Coordinator.
Her hands-on experience has made her a highly effective and empathetic leader who understands the clinical and emotional needs of both residents and staff.
She is a Certified Wound Care Nurse and RAC-CT certified, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance, quality outcomes, and person-centered care. Takeysha is especially passionate about serving seniors with complex medical needs, including memory care, trach/vent populations, and hospice care.
Currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Takeysha is a lifelong learner committed to growth and excellence. She is known for her positive energy, team spirit, and deep dedication to resident well-being.
When she's not at the facility, she enjoys spending time with her family and giving back to her community in Sugar Land, Texas.
